the choice is easy, create your own song....and by this I mean a mix.
To work around the "man" you simply have to create your own music mix comprising of every single song you like. technically it will be defined as its own song (so long you randomly add periodic intervals of your own "music")
hypothetically you could have a 24hr song, by simply making a compilation mix. problem solved, I win; police lose...
